The Preschool meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8:30 to Noon starting the Day after Labor Day and running through Memorial Day. These classes are for preschoolers 2 to 4 years old by August 31.​

Kindergarten meets Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 starting the Day after Labor Day and running through Memorial Day. Kindergarten is for students who are 5 years old by August 31.​

Pipeline is an after-school program for children K - 5th Grade. This is a ministry of Cape Carteret Baptist Church designed to give children a safe and loving environment where they can make friends and learn about Jesus

"Empowered by God, the mission of the Community Impact Team is to Inform, Awaken and Engage CCBC to impact our culture for the glory of God."

The Community Impact Team is a ministry of Cape Carteret Baptist Church. We work to build up the body of the church by informing the leadership and members about important issues, equipping the church to be able to engage these issues, alerting the church when prayer and action is needed, and mobilizing the church to take specific actions to address these issues.

Night to Shine is a complimentary event for people with special needs hosted by local churches around the world. The event is open to anyone living with disabilities, ages 14 and older. Although each event is a little bit different, some activities included are a red carpet entrance, limousine rides, dancing, karaoke, gifts, a catered dinner, a Respite Room for parents and caregivers, a crowning ceremony where every honored guest will receive a crown or tiara, and more – Night to Shine is a celebration of God’s love for YOU, our Kings and Queens!

To attend Night to Shine as an honored guest, you will register through your local host church location and once registered, your local host location will provide all necessary information to you about attending Night to Shine.

Summer Bible Adventure is the Cape Carteret Baptist version of Vacation Bible School. But who wants to go back to school in the summer?

We want to go on an adventure with Jesus, digging into His Word, growing in relationship with Him!

WHAT: Upward exist to promote the discovery of Jesus through sports. At CCBC we do that through basketball and cheerleading.

We are a Christian missions organization that is an auxiliary to the Baptist State Convention of NC. The purpose of Baptists on Mission is to help churches involve their members in missions. At times, non-Christians/non-church members may also participate with us in certain ministries and projects or donate to these mission causes. We welcome others to come and see that God gives new life to us through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. What is the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering?

The Annie Armstrong Easter Offering (AAEO) is the primary way Southern Baptists fund missions in North America. One hundred percent of gifts given to AAEO go to the field to support more than 2,900 missionary families serving across the United States and Canada.

How do your gifts make a difference?

Gifts to the Annie Armstrong Easter Offering are used to train and resource missionaries in church planting and compassion ministries. Gifts are also used to create evangelism resources. New churches are being planted, hurts are being healed and lives are being transformed by the gospel because you give.

THE MISSION

CCBC has completed several missions trips to Myanmar and supports continual missions work in this region.

Our Commitment to Myanmar

Patrick and Diana Williams make annual mission trips to Myanmar to train local church leaders. The Eastern Pwo Karen people are considered to be an unreached people group. It is estimated that there are only about 250-500 born-again believers in this group of some 750,000 people whose major religion is Buddhism. Our church is involved with teaching pastors, church leaders, and others how to take the gospel to a lost and dying world. It is the Eastern Pwo Karen who must take the gospel to the world around them.

Our main goal is to leave a “footprint” behind us by training local believers who have a compelling desire to reach the lost how to plant evangelical churches in southern Myanmar. We are equipping these few believers with the tools necessary to evangelize the lost and to disciple new believers. All of the teaching work we do here is translated into the written Burmese language as these people have very little written information about God’s Word. We are to make disciples and we are to teach them what Jesus commanded.

The greatest problem in the world is lostness.

The only solution to this problem is the gospel.

Together, Southern Baptists send IMB missionaries to be steadfastly present among people and places where Jesus is not named or known.

Southern Baptists send IMB missionaries to be steadfastly present among those who have never heard the gospel — people in cities, people in hard-to-reach places, and people who are dispersed and displaced around the world.

At the IMB, we believe that missionary presence cultivates gospel access, gospel belief, and church planting and multiplication. Gospel access that knows no geographic or social boundary. Gospel belief that results in lives transformed. Church planting and multiplication that leads to local ownership of God’s mission.

God has made our purpose clear. Together, we seek to take the gospel to every nation, all tribes and peoples and languages. We give ourselves to this mission every day.

LOTTIE MOON CHRISTMAS OFFERING

Growing up in Virginia, Lottie Moon and her siblings chose to rebel

against Christianity. At 18, Lottie followed Christ and was baptized.

When she was 33, she sailed to China as a Southern Baptist

missionary. She saw firsthand the world's greatest problem

– LOSTNESS.

In letters to Southern Baptists in America, she

pleaded for increasing prayer and giving. Her

letters raised more support for missionaries

to be sent to China.

Every year, Southern Baptists collect the

Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® where

100% of the gifts collected send and

support missionaries.

CCBC has had a number of members join trips to Nicaragua and El Salvador over the past 5 years. This is a great opportunity for anyone being called to “taste” short-term international missions in a safe, well organized and friendly environment, with local friends and family.

Global Health Outreach (GHO) is the division of the Christian Medical and Dental Association dedicated to providing both medical care and spiritual healing to people of third world countries around the globe through short-term mission trips. These medical mission trips, staffed by doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and logistical support volunteers, are assisted by a team of local Christian interpreters to minister to the needs of people in impoverished areas. The patients hear the gospel message at every step in the process; by the local pastors when they apply for care through a local church, by the nurses during triage, when receiving treatment by the doctors and dentists and during special church services held during the week. In addition, their children get to participate in a vacation Bible school program while the patient is waiting for treatment.
